Joanne Porcelli is one of our firm’s most senior associate. She handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation, concentrating on the firm’s motor vehicle litigation but also handles premises and labor law practice. She has extensive Arbitration and Mediation experience as well as appellate experience.

She graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctorate and is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

She is a tireless and tenacious advocate for her clients, in all aspects of their cases, is involved in thoroughly analyzing and planning strategies for every case the office handles, continually re-evaluates cases at every stage of litigation and is very grateful to be in a position to make a difference in the lives of people who need her legal expertise.
